Interior Photography at Nextworld Offices in Greenwood Village

Project: Office remodel at Nextworld in Greendwood Village

I recently worked with commercial construction management company EJCM, LLC. to help showcase their remodel at Nextworld offices in the Denver Tech Center. They asked to photograph the main office areas, conference rooms, common areas, plus the kitchen and dining spaces.

In addition to the spaces themselves, another important piece of the photo shoot was to capture the ceiling where they had installed an elaborate design using wood panels.

We shot the space first thing in the morning right at sunset. We started with the east-facing spaces and proceeded to the west-facing areas as the sun rose. I typically work with window shades up to allow as much natural light in and to showcase any views. This provides a more lively element to the seemingly empty spaces.

This shoot took about 1.5-hours with 5,000+ square feet to cover. The entire project cost the client $650 with 25 final high-res images for them to use on their website and print marketing material.
